One day (Friday or Saturday): £95
Both days (Friday & Saturday): £170

There will be a limited number of day tickets available from January 2027. Please contact hmuk@rabbitroom.com to be put on the waiting list for those if you don’t want to miss out.

We’re delighted to offer the chance to pay in instalments with 0% interest. The system will take four equal payments on:

N.B. If you choose to pay by instalments and also are in a position to make a donation, unfortunately the system won’t let you do that in the same booking. Please give via the Rabbit Room’s Stewardship fund (choosing one of the two HMUK options) via the link here. Thank you!

En-suite bedroom (single, twin, double or family room)

All meals (from Thurs evening meal, through to and including Sunday lunch)

All Hutchmoot UK sessions (including plenary meetings and seminars) and materials.

We have concession tickets available for full-time students and those in receipt of certain benefits living in the UK and Europe. Please tick the box indicating which criteria applies and email proof of your eligibility to hmuk@rabbitroom.com (more details when you click through to book tickets).

For those who don’t fit those categories but will struggle all the same (or who do qualify but will need more assistance), we have a small bursary fund available. Please email hmuk@rabbitroom.com to request a bursary application form.

It’s important to note that registration is non-refundable. If you register but are unable to attend the event for any reason, no refunds will be issued. 

If you find you can no longer go, please get in touch with us as we will be holding a waiting list for tickets once we sell out. We’d love to put you in touch with someone who could buy your ticket from you. You may then transfer your ticket using the Universe system. We will assist you with this.

The cost of putting on Hutchmoot UK is equivalent to £495 per person. We have subsidised that for the majority of tickets, thanks to generous sponsorship.

If you feel you’re able to ‘top-up’ your ticket to the £495 cost, we’d be very grateful indeed.

You can either do that by giving to our Bursary Fund, which supports those who are really struggling to afford a ticket at all. Or you can support the General Funds for HMUK, which will go towards all the running costs.

If your donation can be Gift-aided, please give to the Rabbit Room’s Stewardship Fund (choosing one of the two HMUK options) here.

If you don’t pay tax, you could alternatively give as a donation during the booking process itself by selecting that option and adding your amount.
